We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
23. Return of Goods. Goods cannot be returned by Buyer and orders once accepted cannot be cancelled except in accordance with the provisions of the ISI INDUSTRY SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL, INC. terms and conditions which is separately on this website. An RMA# is required and approval by ISI. A Service charge will be applied for ALL open and/or used equipment- in the case of specials they may not be returned. Over 10 days is not returnable.
